1. What is the booking process?

2. When should I book the items that I'm interested in?

Send us an inquiry as soon as you know what items you'd love to have at your event - in other words, ASAP! We'll check availability & provide you with a quote. If you like what you see, then please confirm. We'll send a contract & invoice to you so that you can secure the items. PLEASE NOTE: Items are not held until your contract is signed AND a payment is received via your invoice. All items are subject to availability and we do not hold items just because you sent an inquiry!

3. How long is the rental period for rental items?

Depends on your receiving method!

For delivery & pickup by Past Pieces: We usually deliver items in the morning on the day-of the event. And pickup occurs after your event is over; either the same night or the next morning. 

For client pickup & return: We schedule client pickups for Fridays with the returns on the following Monday. Of course, we will work with you to find other options outside of this general schedule if necessary. And for either method, we contact clients 2 weeks before the event date to arrange & confirm all the details.

4. Can I see the items before booking?

Yes, of course! Depending on the season, we may have open warehouse hours for you to see the items & chat with us in-person; please check here for our current schedule. Also, we'd be happy to schedule a private appointment; please email us with some days/times that work for you and we'll go from there. Please keep in mind that items are not held until your contract is signed AND a payment is received via your invoice. 

5. Do you have more items than what is listed on your website?

Our entire rental collection is online, and we update it frequently! If you are looking for something that we don't have currently listed, please ask us!

 

6. Do you rent dinnerware, linens, drapery, chair covers & sashes?

We have an amazing collection of glass goblets in a variety of colours & designs. Other than that, we do not rent these types of items (general party/event supplies).

 

7. Do you rent standard/banquet tables & chairs?

 We have a collection of dark wooden folding chairs (here). We do not have any other chairs or tables at the moment.
